MOQs vary by commodity and packaging type. For bulk shipments, we typically handle a minimum of one full container load (FCL) — approximately 20–27 metric tonnes depending on the product. For larger volume commodities like soybeans or palm oil, our minimum is usually 500 MT per parcel. We can discuss partial container arrangements for qualified buyers with strong long-term potential. Contact our trading desk for product-specific MOQ details.
We accept a range of payment methods depending on the buyer's profile and relationship history. Standard terms include Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC at sight or usance), Documents Against Payment (D/P), Telegraphic Transfer (TT) with advance deposit, and open account terms for established buyers with credit approval. We also work with commodity trade finance banks to facilitate structured financing for both buyers and sellers.
Quality assurance is built into every step of our process. We conduct pre-shipment inspections with internationally recognised surveyors including SGS, Bureau Veritas, and Intertek. Every shipment is tested for moisture, purity, foreign matter, and (where applicable) pesticide residue levels in line with EU MRL, Codex Alimentarius, and destination-country standards. Buyers receive a full documentation package including Certificate of Quality, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, and independent survey report.
